How it works
Turn it on
Flip "How did you hear about us?" on from the Verification tab. Pick which built-in sources to show, reorder them, or add your own with an emoji or image icon.
Members pick a source
After verifying, members tap where they found you, real brand icons and all. It is optional, so they can skip, and it never blocks access.
Watch your channels add up
Every answer is recorded on the member and shown on your dashboard as a ranked breakdown by source for any timeframe, plus an optional line in your verification log.

Built-in sources render proper TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, and Google logos. Add your own with an emoji or an image URL, and drag to reorder.

Attribution on the dashboard
A ranked, percentage breakdown of where members come from, filtered by the same timeframe as the rest of your analytics. Know which video or post is actually working.
Common questions
Is answering required?
No. The prompt is skippable and only appears after verification is already complete, so it never gates access. You still capture most members without friction.
Can I add my own sources?
Yes. Beyond the built-in social platforms, you can add custom sources with a label and either an emoji or an image-URL icon, and drag the whole list into the order you want.
Where does the answer show up?
On the member’s record, optionally as a "Heard about us" line in your verification-log embed, and as a ranked source breakdown on your dashboard for any timeframe.
Which plans include lead insights?
